Courtney isn't afraid to speak against the big corporate machine. She is all for the independent and Internet future of recording artists. Courtney can look glam and be on the cover of famous magazines such as Glamour and the next be in a cat fight with someone on an MTV stage in front of an audience after she's has spoken her mind.
Married to Nick Cobain, who ended his life suddenly with a shotgun, leaving Ms. Love with a baby, Courtney continues to speak the truth. My favorite album of hers is "Celebrity Skin". I present the words here to one of the less potent songs from that CD. The album is dynamite, but not to everyone's taste perhaps, although more approachable than her earlier work. Here are pictures:
