Surgery Pictures

The pictures on the following pages you will not see on any other page or section of this web site, for the most part. They are presented here for the first time and have not seen the light of day at any time before, any where else.

The transition begins in the physical sense. Stage one, year 2004; after a year on Estrogen and Spironolactone hormones, I start with surgical procedures to my face that includes work on my nose, eyes, mouth and cheeks in a single operation. The pictures are from that operation prior to and after.

Stage two, 2004; liposuction and lower face lift. Two completely wasteful surgeries that cost as much as SRS (Sexual Reassignment Surgery) cost combined. I got absolutely nothing out of these two surgeries, even short term. Because of the facial surgeries just a couple months prior, I wasn't able to keep up my exercising and in fact, lost money on one of my memberships because I couldn't exercise at all during recovery which took longer than expected due to complications with the cheek implants, which to this day in February 6, 2006, I am still having! I just called the doctor to tell him that I need to see him; that my implant from the November surgery looks low and needs to be redone possibly a third time, like the right side was done at least three times before it finally stayed in place at the correct position!

Post visit update: We decided to wait it out and be patient, the doctor and and I. It could be that the area is just swelled and needs more time to recover and heal. The right side is very pronounced and looks very good, the left side, the side in question feels like it is in the correct position, the same as the right side.

The facelift didn't do anything either. The brochure said it would last three or four years, the Dr. said it was more like 6. I think I was seeing the swellings of the other work prior and was hoping it would clear up my lower area around my mouth, which it didn't. All it did was leave me with a bunch of scars and other problems I have to now live with and, like I said earlier, out of all that money I could have used for SRS.
